Blogtoberfest 6

The last few months, my Mum has been working hard preparing my grandparents house for sale. They lived in it for 41 years, and having matured in the Depression were not people to discard anything potentially useful. Mum has taken a personal message from this task, and she and Dad are now using their 'good stuff'. It's a real pleasure to see their wedding silver at breakfast, and encounter their bonehandled knives to make a sandwich.
